The buildings are divided into high blocks and low blocks. The project sits on two beaches and one lake, with a vast sea landscape, backed by Ma On Shan Country Park, overlooking the endless mountains. The project is about a 15-minute walk from MTR Wuxisha Station. According to the developer, the group cooperates with the mainland Baidu Group , It is planned to introduce unmanned electric vehicles to shuttle within the housing estates to take residents to and from the various blocks and clubs.
