The latest batch features two and three-bedroom units, sized between 524 and 799 saleable square feet, at an average per square foot price of HK$24,400 \u2013 2% up compared with the last two price lists. The developer will roll out all the 290 units from Tower 5 of the project for sale this Sunday. Sources said the company has received 1,000 subscriptions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Novi rolling out last 40 units<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lai Sun Development launched yesterday the last 40 units from its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/mong-kok\">Mong Kok<\/a> project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/mong-kok\/novi\">Novi<\/a>. Sources said the company has received 60 subscriptions already. Meanwhile, Team Worldwide has confirmed to roll out all the 136 units from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/kwai-chung\/edition-178\">Edition 178<\/a> for sale this Saturday.
