The latest batch for sale accounts for 17% of the total units, with sizes ranging from 375 sellable square foot one-bedroom flats to 799 square feet three-bedroom homes. One Kai Tak Phase 2 provides 624 units in seven towers. Construction is expected to be completed in October. Phase 1 of the project provides 545 units.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edition 178 received 2,400 subscriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Team Worldwide has received almost 2,400 subscriptions for its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/kwai-chung\">Kwai Chung<\/a> project \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/kwai-chung\/edition-178\">Edition 178<\/a>. The developer has launched 3 price lists comprising all the 136 units from the project last week. The sizes of these units range from 244 to 398 square feet&nbsp;and are studios to two-bedroom units.
