The first price list comprised 138 units, including 62 two-room and 76 three-room units. The average discounted price per square foot is HK$11,550. Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/sham-shui-po\/ava-61\">AVA 61<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/zh-tw\/hong-kong\/cheung-sha-wan\">Cheung Sha Wan<\/a> has received about 217 subscriptions for its first batch of 57 units.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V Group Launches more units from Castle One by V<br \/>\n<\/strong>V Group launched 6 more units from its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/mid-levels-west\/castle-one-built-2016\">Castle One by V<\/a> service apartment project in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/mid-levels-west\/\">Mid-Levels<\/a>. The second batch of units that was launched comprised 591-square-foot two-bedroom apartments with terraces and a 1,050-square-foot penthouse three-bedroom duplex. Vivien Chan Wan-wan, who chairs the developer, said V Group was pleased with the project as the leasing benchmark has reached HK$100 per square foot.
