That means HK$36,003 per square foot, making it the most expensive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/commercial\/hong-kong\">office<\/a> in the building in terms of a square-foot price. The pattern fits Central district remaining the world&#8217;s priciest office area, figures from commercial real estate services firm CBRE show. Prime office rates stand at US$303 (HK$2,357) per square foo annually, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/international\/countries\/uk\">London<\/a>&#8216;s West End second (US$213) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/international\/countries\/usa\">New York<\/a>&#8216;s Midtown Manhattan third (US$203).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wah Ming Estate Studio Flat Sold at HK$12,925\/sf<br \/>\n<\/strong>Capital and purchasing force of local buyers have transferred from private home market to public housing and HOS (House of Scheme) markets. A 147-square-foot studio flat in Wah Ming Estate, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/fanling\">Fanling<\/a> was sold at free market for HK$1.9 million, or HK$12,925 per square foot \u2013 the highest price of public house in northern New Territories.
