The transaction is done in form of \u2018company share transfer\u2019 so the buyer does not have to pay the extra stamp duty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Park Yoho Genova to Announce Price Next Week<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sun Hung Kai is planning to upload the sales brochure in the coming few days, and launch the first price list from its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/nam-sang-wai\/park_yoho_genova\">Park Yoho Genova<\/a> project in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/yuen-long\">Yuen Long<\/a> next week. The project will provide 683 units in 8 residential towers, including 27 251-square-foot studio flats.
