The latest batch comprises 270 units with sizes ranging from 266 to 1,858 square feet. The project, with a total of 822 flats in six towers, has seen 497 flats sold so far, said Tony Cheng, K&amp;K Property investment manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ocean Pride Received Over 3,000 Subscriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nCheung Kong Property will launch the third batch of sales at its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tsuen-wan\/Ocean-Pride-Tsuen-Wan\">Ocean Pride<\/a> project next to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tsuen-wan\">Tsuen Wan<\/a> West Station tomorrow, at an average per square foot price of HK$17,500. The developer has received over 3,000 subscriptions so far. The project will provide 970 flats of between 370 and 1,149 square feet in the first phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weekend Second Home Sales Drop Drastically<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the secondary market, Midland Realty reported only 4 transactions over the weekend at the 10 major housing estates that it tracks, the lowest since the first week of February. Deals were recorded at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tai-koo-shing\">Taikoo Shing<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/quarry-bay\/kornhill-775f8ff8-f11e-493a-9f4d-bae8421911c6\">Kornhill<\/a> in Quarry Bay, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/lai-chi-kok\/mei-foo-sun-chuen-27b21e72-e236-4bf0-b844-3b04ea7979e1\">Mei Foo Sun Chuen<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/lai-chi-kok\/\">Lai Chi Kok<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tin-shui-wai\/kingswood-villas\">Kingswood Villas<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tin-shui-wai\/\">Tin Shui Wai<\/a>. Centaline Property recorded 6 deals over the weekend at the major estates that it track.
