The flats have been priced by the developer from HK$3.96 million to HK$6.52 million, with saleable areas ranging from 328 square feet to 497 square feet. 74 of the flats up for sale this week are one-bedroom homes and the other 44 two-bedroom units with an average price of HK$12,844 per saleable square foot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Easter Second Home Deals Up 25%<br \/>\n<\/strong>Midland Realty reported 25 transactions at 10 major&nbsp;housing estates during the holiday period from April 14 to 17 April. That was up 25% compared to the corresponding period last year. On Hong Kong Island, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tai-koo-shing\">Taikoo Shing<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/quarry-bay\/for-rent\">Quarry Bay<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/ap-lei-chau\/south-horizons\">South Horizons<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/ap-lei-chau\/\">Ap Lei Chau<\/a> each saw 2 transactions. In Kowloon, three transactions were recorded at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/lai-chi-kok\/mei-foo-sun-chuen-27b21e72-e236-4bf0-b844-3b04ea7979e1\">Mei Foo Sun Chuen<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/lai-chi-kok\/\">Lai Chi Kok<\/a>.
