There were 4,079 sale and purchase agreements registered last month, with dollar volume of HK$36.5 billion. On a month-on-month basis, the increases over January were 24% and 33%, respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NAPA To Launch 72 Units in Two Batches<br \/>\n<\/strong>K Wah International is selling another 68 units at its Kai Tak project, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/kowloon-city\/K-City\">K City<\/a>, next Tuesday, at prices ranging from HK$6.239 million to HK$13.71 million, or from HK$16,772 to HK$22,669 per square foot. Meanwhile, Wheelock launched 46 units from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/gold-coast-so-kwun-wat\/napa\">NAPA<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/tuen-mun\">Tuen Mun<\/a> yesterday, and will put another 26 units on sale next Monday, with a discounted price per square foot at HK$11,281.
