Tenders included those from Sun Hung Kai Properties, Cheung Kong Property Holdings, Henderson Land Development, Kerry Properties, Wheelock and Sino Land. Mainland tenderers included China Overseas Land and Investment, China Resources Land, Vanke Property (Overseas) and Logan Property Holdings, who has just won the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/ap-lei-chau\">Ap Lei Chau<\/a> residential site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crescendo To Launch 12&nbsp;Houses Tonight<br \/>\n<\/strong>Cheung Kong Property said yesterday that all 50 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacious.hk\/en\/hong-kong\/yuen-long\/Crescendo\">Crescendo<\/a> houses were sold last week. The Yuen Long project has earned the developer HK$1.28 billion and another 12 are to be put out tonight. The 2,369-square-foot house on Firenze Viale No.1 will open tender soon.
