Two HOS (House Ownership Scheme) flats in East Kowloon set record prices after the recent Kai Tak land sale. A three-room unit of Tin Wang Court in Wong Tai Sin was sold for HK$5.9 million in free market, setting a record of this 554-square-foot unit in the estate. Meanwhile, a 531-square-foot three-room unit in Lam Tin\u2019s Hong Tin Court was sold at HK$5.85 million, or HK$11,017 per square foot. Both prices set a new record for the estate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taikoo Shing &amp;&nbsp;Kingswood Home Deals Rebound<\/strong><br \/>\nHome deals in Taikoo Shing and Kingswood Villas increased in December in spite of the long Christmas weekend. 19 transactions have been recorded in Taikoo Shing, double the number of deals recorded in November.
