The rent of the 6-storey shop is now HK$13.8 million, making it the most expensive shop rent in Hong Kong. Victoria&#8217;s Secret will pay only HK$7 million per month for the 51,188-square-foot reportedly.<\/p>\n<p><b>King Lam Estate Broke Public House Price Record in New Territories<br \/>\n<\/b>A 164-square-foot flat in Tseung Kwan O&#8217;s public housing estate was sold at a price of HK$12,884 per square feet, breaking the record of New Territories highest price per sqaure feet.
