How can I list properties?
- Manual upload - Click 'List Now,' register a Spacious account through Facebook or your email, and follow the steps. - Make sure you confirm the listings on the email that you receive every time you post. Your listings will not be shown online until you confirm.
- Mass upload - 'We support csv, xml and xlsx (Excel) file. Please contact us at contact@spacious.hk for further information.'

How much does Spacious cost?
- If you're an agent and want to list with us, please call at +85234604713 or email business@spacious.hk. Landlords list for free!

How do clients contact me?
- When a client finds a listing that is of interest, the client can contact you directly via your provided email and/or telephone number.
- You will also get an email with the client's contact information from Spacious.

How can I edit/update/remove my listings?
- Once logged into Spacious, click your name in the top-right corner, and click "My Posted Listings."
- For agents that massively list their properties, please contact us at contact@spacious.hk for further information.

Do listings automatically expire?
- Properties that are uploaded manually by agents will not expire. Agents/landlords are responsible for updating their listings inventory.

- We're keeping email updates to a minimum for you.
